Three modes: supervised (the BVA proposes, you approve), hybrid (collaboration), autonomous (the BVA acts, you keep watch). Switch modes at any time depending on context. Example: during a vacation, move to hybrid to support a temporary replacement. On a sensitive production run, move back to supervised to take direct control.

Under the hood

Three pieces under the hood: an Orchestrator installed on your server, BVA agents (Business Virtual Assistants) it launches on demand, and a secure channel between them. The channel uses the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard, over mTLS or OAuth 2.1 transport depending on your IT policy. Two modes to choose from: fully on-premise (BVA agents run on your server, your data never leaves), or BVA agents externalized to a private cloud (the Orchestrator stays on your server, only LLM requests cross the boundary — never your business data).

How much does it actually cost?

The price is built with you, based on your scope and the business areas you want to augment. Rather than a catalog price, we give you a personalized study after a short conversation about your context.

Is it a license or a subscription?

A subscription. The first year covers the assessment, deployment and onboarding on top of the subscription; in the following years, you pay the platform subscription and its support, monthly.

What makes the price vary?

Mainly the size of your scope, the number of Business Virtual Assistants enabled, and your deployment model (OnPremise, Private Cloud or isiTecc Cloud) with its integration constraints to your information system.

Where is my data hosted?

You choose from three modes, depending on your sovereignty requirements: OnPremise (on your own infrastructure, within your walls), Private Cloud (your infrastructure, hosted by you), or isiTecc Cloud (hosted by us, on an instance dedicated to your company — never shared with other customers).

What about updates?

We never impose automatic updates: your system stays stable. When new versions are released, you can benefit from them on request, whenever it suits you.

Is there a commitment?

The subscription is annual. We'd rather build a lasting relationship than a forced commitment — value is measured on the floor, not in a contract.
