You can visit this site without revealing your identity or sharing any information about yourself. Any information you do share is intended for isiTecc and will be used solely for the purposes for which it was collected.

Privacy policy
Data is collected solely within the framework of the business relationship between our companies.
To withdraw your consent and/or have your data removed from our records, please send us a postal letter — to the attention of the Head of Editorial — with your last name, first name, job title, company, phone number, email address, and the nature of your request.
Data collected through the subscription form
The subscription form on the home page collects a single personal data point: your business email address. No additional fields are requested; no tracking cookie is set by this form (Google Analytics audience measurement is subject to separate consent, see the Cookies section).
Purpose. To keep you informed about Smart-Portal.ai news and new product features.
Legal basis. Legitimate interest under Article 6.1.f of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), with explicit confirmation of your address via an email link (double opt-in).
Retention. Your address is recorded as soon as the form is submitted, even if you never click the confirmation link. Unconfirmed subscriptions are kept so we can re-prompt you once — never longer than 12 months without confirmation.
Hosting. Data is stored on OVH servers (Roubaix, France), outside the site's public web root. No third-party service (Google Analytics, Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.) has access to this data.
Your rights. In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data at any time. A one-click unsubscribe link is included at the bottom of every email we send (compatible with the native "Unsubscribe" button in Gmail and Yahoo Mail, per RFC 8058). This link opens a preference center where you can unsubscribe from a specific communication (newsletter, demo, sales follow-up) or from all of them at once; the native mail-client button triggers a global unsubscribe. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately (Article 21 of the GDPR — right to object). You can always re-subscribe later through the form: this explicit re-consent (Article 7 of the GDPR) triggers a fresh email confirmation link (DOI). For audit trail purposes, the date of your previous unsubscribe is kept. Erasure. When you request the erasure of your data, it is immediately hidden (soft delete: it becomes invisible on the administration side), then permanently purged after 30 days (D+30), in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure). Study assistant (chatbot)
The Project page offers a conversational assistant that helps you study your Smart-Portal.ai project.
Data processed. During the conversation: your role, your company's size and sector, your challenges described freely, and your preferred hosting model; then, only with your explicit consent, a first name (or nickname) and a business email address — and a phone number if you ask to be called back.
Purpose. To build an indicative price study, send it to you by email, and let our team follow up on your request.
Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via an unticked checkbox before any identity is collected.
Recipients. The sales team at isiTecc, the publisher of Smart-Portal.ai. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention. Abandoned conversations are deleted after 90 days, conversations flagged as suspicious after 30 days, and qualified requests after 6 months. Data is hosted at OVH (Roubaix, France), outside the public web root.
Cookie. A strictly necessary cookie
(sp_chatbot_session, 30-minute lifetime, exempt from consent) lets
you continue an ongoing conversation. It is not used for advertising tracking.
